What are my options if I can't find what I need on this store?

You have two options:
1. You can visit our idea catalog and look for a product that meets your needs. If you find something on the catalog you would like to order, please send a request for more information and we will contact you to complete your order.
2. You can contact your Boundless Team at teamannette@boundlessnetwork.com and they will help you find the product you need based on your requirements.

 

What do I do if my user name is not working?

Your username is case sensitive. For example, if you used all lower-case text for your username when you completed the New User Registration (single sign-on is not applicable on this site), you will need to make sure you enter your username using all lower case.

 

I can't remember my password - what should I do?

From the Sign In page, click "Forgot password?" link and it will be emailed to you within seconds.

 

Can I place an order with multiple ship-to addresses?

The store does not have the ability to ship an order to more than one location. If you have multiple ship-to locations, please contact your Boundless Team at teamannette@boundlessnetwork.com

 

What payment options can I use?

Shutterfly store payments should only be made via your p-card for work-related orders or a credit card for personal orders. If you need to use another form of payment, you may contact your Boundless Team at teamannette@boundlessnetwork.com for assistance.

Can I apply voucher codes received through other Shutterfly programs?
Voucher codes from the retired Maximum Aperture program and previous Shutterfly Company Stores cannot be applied to purchases on this site.

 

Who is Boundless Network?
Sales made through this site are managed by Boundless Network. Your p-card or credit card will be charged at the time of your purchase and will appear on your statement as Boundless Network.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Items are decorated to order. Production time is approximately 10-12 business days + transit time. Production time may be extended during peak holiday times.

 

What is the return policy?

Because all merchandise is custom decorated and printed on deman, we are unable to accept returns on items ordered in the wrong size or color. Returns are authorized only if merchandies is damaged or defective at the time of receipt. Please contact us immediately if you have a damaged item at teamannette@boundlessnetwork.com.
